Before I get into my current project I thought it might be fun to have a history lesson of sorts. :-)
Every body starts somewhere. I started designing clothes for my paper dolls when I was 4 or so. After a while, I made my own paper dolls. This continued well into Jr. High. 
My mom has everything from before 5th grade, so that's where we will start. Keep in mind, I was in 5th grade in 1985. This was the era of "Jem" and "Barbie and the Rockers", Madonna was big... need I say more.
 

Let's move on to 1987.

Now we've all had a good laugh.
I tried to get more from my junior and senior year of high school when I was really ramping up to go to Otis Parsons School of Design. (Which is now split, of course, and is just called "Otis College of Art and Design". Parsons in NY kept the "Parsons" half of the name.) But the uploading wasn't working. 

Next time maybe I'll post some from my college years.
